Use the acronym 'G-SWAP' to help remind yourself or teach others how to make both a backhand and forehand throw.
- Grip:  are you holding the disc correctly?
- Stance: are you standing correctly?
- Wrist:  are you flicking the wrist?
- Angle: angle of the disc.  Is it angled down?
- Point: are you pointing at your target after your throw?

As you practice or watch a thrower, run through these five elements to help assist in improving your throw.

Part 1 - Warm Up
'10 Pass'
2 x teams.
- Teams try to throw and catch to each other aiming to pass a ball 10 times to one another.
- If 10 passes are made, then the team will get a point.  If this happens, ball is placed on the ground and a turnover of possession is made.  The other team then attempts to try the same thing without having the ball be intercepted or leave area of play.
Modifications:
- use Frisbee instead of a ball
- change the number of passes
- change the size of the playing space
