There are numerous amounts of Third Party Applications out there on the web, which are paid and also available as Freeware, which can be used to troubleshoot issues on our machines, such as Viruses, Disk Performance issues, Malware issues and other general software issues.

You would have already used a few of these applications within your work on the IT Service Desk, but it is also important to see what else is out there so that you can apply it to your own work.
