Given the set of data for Doc's 2015 Further Mathematics class, can you state which data set is the independent?  What is the dependent set?

For practices' sake, try plotting this data manually and on your CAS calculator.

Firstly, please check out the class lesson below and do what it asks in the mini-TINAT, then try these questions.

Today, we'll be using the height/weight data set to plot a scatterplot both manually and using a CAS calculator.  You may choose whatever data set you like (e.g. female height/weight).  Mini TINAT: When you have done each of these, please show your work to your teacher.

For topic exercises, please try the following:
Have a look at WE8, and the CAS part of WE9
Exercise 2E: 1, 2, 3, 4 - do this on CAS, 5 - on CAS as well
