Part 2 - Skill Progression/Development
'Dig, Set, Spike'
In groups of 3-4, students will take turns sharing the role of a 'feeder', 'digger', 'setter' and 'spiker' utilising the wall and playing space.  Rotation positions accordingly.  Video below gives an idea of how to spike into the wall.
Modification:
- Players attempt to keep the ball up after spike
- Add rebounders to defend against the spike

'Swiss Ball Volleyball'
Like the normal game, however students will use the big swiss ball to play the game.  Emphasis is on correct setting, digging and spiking technique.  Ball is thrown over when serving.
