Part 1 - Warm Up
'Frisbee'
2 x teams.
1 team is the throwing team. The other the retrieving team.
- 1 person throws the Frisbee anywhere in space and then runs laps around their team.   Every lap ran is a point to the team.
- Whilst this is happening, the retrieving team must run to the Frisbee, line up in single file and then pass the Frisbee over heads and under legs (alternating down the line).  Last person in the line to get the Frisbee calls out 'stop'.
- Laps/points would be counted then the person with the Frisbee throws it out into space and proceeds to run laps around their team.
NB:  Retrieving team are not allowed to move until Frisbee is thrown.

Part 2 - Skill Progression/Development
'Throwing and Catching in Pairs'
Students partner up or in small groups, practice throwing the Frisbee aiming to get to target a majority of the time.

'Catching Circle'
Arrange players in a circle.  Each player has a Frisbee.
- On 'go' each player will throw their Frisbee in one direction to the next person who is to catch the disc.
- Anyone that drops the Frisbee or throws poorly will be out.  Aim is to see who will be the last person standing
- When down to the last 2 players, they must throw and catch the Frisbee to each other from a set distance, last to drop or throw poorly wins.
Modifications:
- distance between players shorter/further.
- change the direction of the throw
- must throw and catch with one hand
- do not wait for a prompt.  Play is continuous.

'10 Pass'
2 x teams.
- Teams try to throw and catch to each other aiming to pass the Frisbee 10 times to one another.
- If 10 passes are made, then the team will get a point.  If this happens, Frisbee is placed on the ground and a turnover of possession is made.  The other team then attempts to try the same thing without having the Frisbee get intercepted or leave area of play.
Modifications:
- change the number of passes
- change the size of the playing space
