Part 1 - Warm Up
'Partner to Partner Passing'
Modifications:
- Alter distance between partners
- Make partners take a step back after every successful catch.  See how far they can go.
- Speed Round:  How many successful passes can be made within a time limit

Part 2 - Skill Progression/Development
'10 Pass' 
1 x attacking team, 1 x defending team.  Attacking team tries to pass the ball to one another without losing possession of the ball.  1 point is scored if they can successfully pass amongst each other 10 times.  Defending team are obviously trying to intercept the pass and regain posession of the ball.  Create a number of smaller teams and set up a Round Robin. 
Rules:
- Cannot pass back to the player who passed to you.
- Must stay within playing space, otherwise turnover of possession.
- No illegal contact or checking
- First to 5 points wins.

Part 3 - Skill Application
'Hoop Ball' 
Teams must pass the ball a number of times and try to score by having someone catch the ball within the hoop or designated area.  Create a number of smaller teams and set up a Round Robin.    
Modifications:  
- Change the number of passes needed before attempting to score  
- Cannot pass back to the player who passed to you  
- Everyone in the team must have possession to score.    
- Make the designated scoring area smaller or bigger.
