Part 1 - Warm Up
'Momentum' - click on the link to tell you about the activity
Modifications:
- Add a 2nd Target Ball, (usually Swiss/Fit Ball), and divide team so that players must aim for a particular target.
- Change Throwing Equipment:   Handballs / Volleyballs / Tennis Balls depending on ability
- Adjust the throwing distance depending on the ability level of the group.

Part 2 - Skill Progression/Development
Skill 1 - 'Partner to Partner Throwing'
Revise throwing drills from previous learning bite. Focus on better accruacy and consistency with throwing and catching

Part 3 - Game/Conclusion
'Aussie Ball'
2 x Teams, (Fielding and BBatting Team).
Rules
Modiefied rules to Teeball as follows:
- No limit to foul balls, but 3rd swimg and miss at the ball on tee is out
- Whole team bats to complete an innings
- The ball is dead once the fielding team get it back into the centre circle
- Outfielders change places with infielders each innings.  
Modifications:
- Change position of centre circle
- 3 out all out, swap.  
- Foul balls count

    

Teeball Match
Finish with a game of Teeball if time permits.  Give students the opportunity to play in different positions and to officiate the game.
