Part 1 - Warm Up:
'Cricket tug of war'
Place students on two teams facing each other on parallel lines with 3 large medicine balls in the middle. Students aim to knock medicine balls across opposite team’s line by throwing tennis balls at target. Score points for getting medicine ball across line.

Part 2 - Skill Development:
**Use the link below to help with bowling technique**
- Partner to Partner Bowling.  (Introduce stumps/wicket keeper later on)
- Create a competitive situation where first pair to hit the wickets 5 times wins. (place players into small groups and do the same thing)
Modification:
- play with the plastic Kanga wickets, everytime someone hits the wicket, that part of the wicket is removed.  Next part that is hit is removed etc.  Harder due to the size of the wicket reducing.  1st team to disassemble and reassemble their wickets win.
