Part 1 - Warm Up
'Snowball Tag'
Pass the ball between two fielding players and attempt to tag other students with ball within marked area.  Fielding players are unable to move with ball in hand.  If tagged join fielding team until there is only one student left untagged.

Part 2 - Skill Development
- Throwing and Catching in Pairs
- Throwing at a Target
(focus on accuracy and backing ball up if target is missed)

Modifciation:
- Bowling at target instead of throwing
- Introduce a points system and see who the winning pair shall be

- Slips Catching - place students in semi circle with one in the middle with bat who hits ball to students in semi circle who practice slips reactions

Part 3 - Skill Application
'Cricket Handball'
Description: Similar to Handball.
Students are placed in two teams and select one person to be goalie. Goalie is only person permitted within semi circle. To score students must pass cricket ball between each other and then attempt to throw ball with one bounce past goalie into goals. Students are not allowed to run with ball and must stay within marked area.

'Mini Cricket'
Description:
- 2 to 4 teams of 6 to 8 players.
- Bowler bowls the ball.  Batter hits the ball, runs around a cone to score a point
- Play is continious so bowler does not need to wait for the batter to return
Rules:
- Out = caught, hit own wicket, bowled
- Batter makes 10 runs = retire
- Only bowler can hit the wicket
- Bowler must bowl underarm
- If batter swings and misses 3 times they are out
- Change bowler after 6 bowls
