Part 1 - Warm Up
'Follow the Dribbler'
In Pairs with a Basketball.   One person is the dribbler, who will move the ball around anywhere in space.   The other person is the defender, who will try their best to 'stick' to their player at all times.   When change is called, roles are reversed.

Part 2 - Skill Progression/Development
'Keepings Off'
2 teams. 1 x Basketball.   Aim is for team with the ball to keep possession for as long as possible.  Opposing team are trying to intercept/regain possession of the ball.  Original team regains possession if ball is intercepted/lost.  Swap roles after a certain time limit.

'10 Pass'
2 teams. 1 x basketball.  Netball rules when in possession of ball. Aim is for a team with the ball to try and make 10 passes amongst themselves.  The other team are obviously trying to intercept and regain possession of the ball.  If 10 passes are made, then a point is awarded to that team, the ball is turned over and the other team start with possession.   You can play to a time limit or first team to 5-10 points.
