A forward pass is allow?

A pass that hits the ground is a change of possession.

Tackling in Touch Rugby is allowed.

 A Touch and Pass results in a penalty.

The offence has a total of 10 touches to make it cross the try-line.

A ball thrown at the ground across the try-line counts as a try.

The acting/dummy half can score a try.

Setup

 

5x5 possession game in 20mX20m field

 

Goal

 

Maintain possession

 

Conditions

 

Player may not move when in possession

Player limited to 5 seconds with the ball

Dropped ball results in turn over

Out of bounds (ball or player) results in turn over

Restart requires defence to stand 3m away
