1. Complete the worksheet attatched on Persuasive techniques. You will need to match the persuasive techniques to their definition
2. Look up the definitions to make sure you are have the right match, and check your solutions with someone else in the class.

3. In a pair or individually, choose on of the following topics to research and argue. Remember you need to pick an argument. (e.g. There should be no school uniforms)
- school uniforms
- endangered species/ animal rights
- curfews
- homework
- global warming
4. You will then need to decide how you will present your persuasive argument. Some options include; persuasive essay, speech, video, poster.
- Make sure you are using the persuasive techniques that you have learnt in your argument
- Now you can start to create you argument!
