Research the best phone plan for your situation.

Ask these questions:

- How much data do I need per month?

- How much call credit (including texts) do I need per month?

What else is important to you in having a phone?

- The best phone or just a phone that works?

- The best coverage all over Australia or just coverage in the areas that you need it?

- The cheapest price?

- Being on a 12, 24 month contract or just month to month with no lock in?

Answer the following questions:

- Who are the different companies that I could sign up with?

- What deals are they offering that suit my situation?

- Is it better to buy a phone outright and then sign up to a plan, or to buy a phone with a mobile plan?

- Are there better deals to be found than what is advertisied on the internet? You could call or visit a store to find out.

- If you were upgrading your phone tomorrow, which phone and which plan would you take up?
