Discuss what the definitions of;

  • Translations
  • Rotations
  • Reflections

What are their differences?

These will be brainstormed on the board.

Apply the knowledge of these definitions to questions.

Once completed move onto Identifying Transformations, and answering questions in the Now Try These section.Complete all questions. This will give you plenty of practise with identifying what transformations are and their differences.
