Part 2 - Skill Progression/Development
'Frisbee Bomber'

Modifications:
- Make zone bigger/smaller
- Have less/more people in teams.
- Decrease/increase distance between zones.

Part 3 - Skill Application
'Netball Disc'
- Aim of the game is to progress the frisbee up the court and catch it in the Netball shooting 'D' or endzone.
- Once a catch is made, that player can take three steps in any direction before passing the frisbee to a teammate.   NB:  You must ‘catch’ the Frisbee in order to take 3 steps.
- If the frisbee hits the ground or goes out of bounds, the last team to touch it loses possession.
- Each team has a designated goal scorer in their attacking endzone, and a designated goal defender in their defensive endzone. These players may only move within their endzone. No other players may enter the endzones.
- Defender must be 3 feet away from player in possession.
- Frisbee must not be thrown 'over a third'
