One up your PE OneNote and research the following:
- 'How does a Frisbee fly/float through the air'?  Like any projectile used in Sport develop an understanding of lift and drag forces needed and how this can effect your Frisbee's flight path.

- What other factors can effect how far and how long a Frisbee can stay in the air for?  Provide your rationale for what you come up with.  10 or more points shows a good level of understanding of the topic.

Part 1 - Warm Up
'Frisbee Tag'
2 x teams.
Frisbee is thrown amongst team who tries to tag opposing team with the Frisbee.  To tag a player the Frisbee must be in player possession and not thrown at anyone deliberately!
Modifications
- 1 x team has Frisbee for entirety of play.  Then can modify where if there is an intercept then the roles switch.
- If someone is tagged then they are out.

Part 2 - Skill Progression/Development
'No-Drop'
One team is on defence and the other on offence. The defence 'pulls' to the offence, and the offence has to try to score without turning the disc over. If they turn it over, the defence has the same opportunity. If the defence turns it over as well, that is the end of the point. The teams change ends, and the defence starts again by 'pulling' to the offence.

'Frisbee Golf'

Part 3 - Skill Application
'Goaltimate'
2 x teams.
Same format to Ultimate, however scoring involves passing the disc through a goal to a teammate.  No endzones, since passing the frisbee through the goal takes the place of passing it over a line
