Frankie is more content that Mickey :

Evidence 1. ‘I loved the weekends on the Rocks….in the middle of the street’.  P77

Evidence 2. ‘I want ya to cut me hair off…I’ve had enough, Frankie. I ain’t coppin’ it no more’. P79

Evidence 3. ‘Unlike Mickey I loved nothing more than going home… it was like I was entering some secret fortress’. P81
