Polymer Infographic Mini-Investigation

This is your chance to investigate a polymer, polymer technology or related issue that interests you. You will need to develop a research question, and then display your findings in an infographic-style poster. You can make these at www.piktochart.com or any other similar tool. You can see some examples at www.compoundchem.net.

You need to convey what you determine to be the MAJOR ideas relevant to your research question. It is suggested that you:

1. Identify area of interest

2. Initial research & brainstorming; develop research question

3. Draft ideas to be included

4. Complete research

5. Compile information on infographic

Suggestions --

Biological polymers (proteins, carbohydrates, DNA)
Focus on a particular polymer and it's uses eg. teflon, kevlar
Discovery of a certain polymer
Recycling process
Polymer labelling system in Australia
New polymer technologies in development
