Part 1 - Warm Up
'Volleyball Dodgeball'
Using soft gator skin balls, students in teams move the ball around in space by passing to and fro between each other, (cannot move with the ball).  Students either setting the ball to another teammate or themselves and to try and spike the ball hitting an opponent.   If someone is hit by the dodgeball from a spike they are out.

Part 2 & 3 - Skill Progression/Development/Application
'Sitting Volleyball'
2 teams.  Indoor tennis nets.  Badminton court boundary.  Students play normal game of volleyball however they are to sit on the floor the entire time.
Modification:
- Make smaller/bigger teams to cover more court space

'Throw Ball'
Similar to Newcombe, however person with posession of the ball must throw it over the net wherever they catch it on court.

'Sepak Takraw/Jogku'
Students play normal game of Volleyball however to get the ball over the net must only use their feet/legs/head to control and move the ball.
Modifications:
- use no net to start with, progress to indoor tennis nets before using Volleyball net.
- allow one bounce before playing ball on (Jogku rules)
- allow no bounce, students must purely keep the ball in the air (Sepak Takraw)
