MARKETING YOUR GAME / SPORT TO COMMERCIAL TELEVISION


Design a Presentation to convince the CEO of a major commercial television network to air the sport / game that you created live on prime time television every weekend. Your presentation may be through power point, prezi or other digital technology. Some questions / information you should use during your presentation include:

      1.  What makes your game / sport so exciting and attractive to both participants and audiences?

      2.  What health related or sport related fitness components do participants develop through participation in your game / sport? (aerobic capacity, flexibility, muscular endurance,   muscular strength / power, coordination, agility, balance)

      3.  Describe how your sport can benefit a person’s physical health, social health, mental health and emotional health?

      4.  Participant survey data gathered from your peers / participants in your sport (you will need to design and implement a survey tool) to use on all participants that play your game / sport (This could be video , podcast, online discussion board, or written survey)

      5.  What motor skills, tactical knowledge and strategic thinking does your game / sport rely on to improve individual and team performance

      6.  Which adolescent health issues could your sport / game combat and why?

      7.  Design a logo for your sport using ICT technology

      8.   Show video footage of participants playing your sport. This may include post game interview (survey) footage of ‘which elements of your game participants enjoyed.
