Part 1 - Warm Up
'Keep Your Court Free'
Video link below with activity description

'Cross Court Juggling'
In pairs, students line up down one end of the Sport Centre.    All badmintonm courts are set up.  One partner is on one side of the nets the other partner is on the other side.   The aim is between your pair to try and juggle a shuttle over the net down the length of the Sport Centre.  Pairs try to develop their own record.  Once pairs stop juggling they make their way back to the starting end of the gym and join the back of the line ready to go again.
Modification:
- Must hit the shuttle a certain number of times on each court before progressing further down the gym space.
- Increase/decrease the distance away from the net.
