Catching Skills

The low catch

Bend knees and back low to the ground

Moving
forward, plant the jumping foot and extend upwards, swinging the opposite leg

Hand Passing Skills
The hand pass

Hold the
ball on the palm of the non striking hand
Swing back
and extend striking hand
Lean
forward, strike through the middle of the ball with the open hand. Keep supporting hand steady

ball with open palm of strong hand
Aim to pass the ball into partner’s chest, and follow though in the direction of the target

laced part of boot pointing toe towards target
Follow
through in the direction of the target
The hook kick

Non kicking leg, body and shoulder facing

forward with non kicking foot. Drop ball onto kicking foot with same hand
