-        Stand balanced with feet shoulder width apart

-        Balance ball in fingertips of dominant hand and steady with non dominant hand

-        Bend knees and keep back and head straight facing the goal

-        Move hands slightly behind head and spin the ball backwards by flicking wrists when the ball is released

-        End shot with straight arms and in the direction of the goals

=       Students will be divided onto cones which they need to pass the netball to until they reach the circle and that player needs to have a shot

Number game

=       Students will be in pairs standing opposite each other each with a number

=       When their number is called they need to run out to the ball and try to score a goal

=       Before they score they need to make at least 2 successful passes with their teammates on the side

Gate Ball

=       There will be 8 defenders and everybody else will be attackers

=       There are three zones with gates the attackers need to get through; zone 1 has 3 gates, zone 2 has 4 gates and zone 3 has one gate

=       If an attacker gets tug when they have possession of the ball they need to go back to the line

=       Once the attackers get past the last zone they then need to shoot for goal

Netball game

=       Students will be in teams of 8 (one on the bench)

=       Team off will umpire the game and score
