Part 1 - Warm Up
'Field Positions'
Students starting at the goal line on one end of the field must sprint to the playing position that gets called out.  Example:  'Left Back' - students run to the left defensive position.  'Centre Midfield' run to that position, 'Right Forward' - students run to position etc.
Modification:
- Last one to reach position is eliminated.
- Call can be changed halway through a run, so players need to be ready to adapt to a call.

Part 2 - Skill Progression/Development
'2 Ball Soccer'
Students are split into 2 teams.   The aim is to try and kick both soccer balls into the opposing teams half.   Students are not allowed to run into the opposing teams half, they must stay within their own playing area.  Point is won when both soccer balls are in the same playing half simultaneously.
Modifications:
- Increase or decrease the playing area.
- Ball must stay on the ground.

'Soccerball Tag'
Use the video link below to understand how to do the activity.  Ball must travel along the ground!

'Zone Soccer'
Video link below with description.
Modifications
- Ball must be passed to a player in each zone before a score.
- Every player on the team must have possession of the ball before a shot on goal
