text response essays- intros and conclusions

The teacher will now have written an entire text response essay based on the paragraph they did in class on an earlier bite. Let them know you will not be attending class and they will email you a copy of the essay, read it all silently.

Pay particular attention to the intro and conclusion and how they are different to each other.

Return to the three topic sentences/examples you wrote in previous bites.

Using the example you've been given as a guide, construct an intro to your own essay.


Using the example you've been given as a guide, construct a conclusion for your essay. Make sure you re-read everything you have written at first.

When you finish get your essay checked and then convert it back in to dot points, ready for the in-class SAC.
