Students are to fill out the Hunger Games Links Table (see below). Links are based on the previous Privacy/Reality TV bite.

5. Write down answers to the following questions: Why was Katniss pressured to keep up her romance with Peeta? Who did this situation benefit? Why did the Capital keep interfering with the Games (i.e.surprise weather conditions, events and changes to the rules)? Were the Games entertainment or War? Who's point of view do you take? Were the games depicting reality or something else? Who's reality was it?

See RGOO for an episode of Survivor (too large to attach) and find the team challenge section. Watch and ask students to create a Venn Diagram with the similarities and differences between the episode and the games in THe Hunger Games.
