Find an example of an illustrated short story/poem on the internet and present your findings to a family member/friend:

If doing a story you may want to use Storybird for this:

go to Storybird.com and look in the Explore tab

3. Begin planning for your Creative Writing task:

What are your writing about?
Write a brief synopsis of the storyline (themes, characters, events etc.) or the purpose of your poem.
What skills and knowledge do you already have in this area?
What will you need to learn?
