Then scroll down to related conflicts.Individually open and read the three pages that explain these conflicts. 

Choose one of the conflicts you have read about- do some more research on it to produce a powerpoint presentation of at least 5 slides, with written information and pictures/diagrams on your chosen conflicts. Consider the following key questions:

  1. When and how did the conflict originate (start)
  2. What significant events have happened to keep the conflict going?
  3. Who are the major players (people) involved in the conflict and why have they become involved?
  4. What has this conflict caused in terms of loss of life, damage to cities etc

Task 3.Get into groups of 2 or 3. Choose one of the conflicts you have read about- do some more research on it to produce a PowerpPint presentation of at least 10 slides, with written information and pictures/diagrams on your chosen conflicts. Consider the following key questions:

  1. When and how did the conflict originate (start)
  2. What significant events have happened to keep the conflict going?
  3. Who are the major players (people) involved in the conflict and why have they become involved?
  4. What has this conflict caused in terms of loss of life, damage to cities etc

Don’t forget:

Assign group members different roles to make your workload easier, e.g. one member is the researcher, another constructs the powerpoint etc.

Information should be IN YOUR OWN WORDS, not copy/pasted from internet.
