Caesars - who were they? What did they do?
Meet Julius Caesar! (watch the clip)
Read and explore pages 244-247 (Oxford Big Ideas: History 7) which is all about gladiators and the Colosseum. Choose two people pictured on these and construct a dialog between the two people. The dialogue should demonstrate both creativity and your historical understanding of Ancient Rome and their customs.
Imagine that we could travel back in time to Ancient Civilisations. Pretend that you are a travel agent and you are trying to encourage people to go on your tours to Ancient Rome.
Create an advertisement for a time travel tour and include at least five things that people should see and why. This could be in the form of a poster, a clip or a presentation. If you would like to do this in another form discuss this with your teacher.
