3 Timeline Activity

Take the example of an event, person, or place given to you by your teacher and using the link below find the date(s) of the event, person, or place and two interesting facts about it.

For example you if you are learning about: Phillip II of Macedon, you would need to find  dates (382-336 BCE) of his reign/governing and two interesting facts about him, 1) He was the father of Alexander the Great and 2) he was assassinated by Pausanias of Orestis, one of his seven bodyguards, while entering the theater.

Record the information on the colored A5 paper supplied as these will be turned into a timeline to go on the classroom wall.

Use the following link as your primary research tool for this activity. 

Remember to always use the 'Search Encyclopedia'  search box and do not use the links in the pink  'ads by Google' section always look for search results starting with 'Kids.Net.Au - Encyclopedia'
