During class we will discuss over examples of how to estimate using probability.
The two examples I will put on the board will be:
- Yasmina School Survey
- Survey on School Uniforms
We will discuss how we should be completing random samples to accomodate for the most accurate of estimation answers. This doesn't just have to be in a survey form for people, it can also be applied to how many trees grow with 100 or more fruit on them in an orchard or how many wickets a bowler incricket can get in a match.
Of course every time we conduct an estimation on the same situation we will get a different answer so these answers are not accurate. They are just a sample of the possibility.
Below is the link to the chapter 15B we are covering today. Make sure to complete questions 1 - 7.
