Training of Junior IT Support Rovers for skills and knowledge required to install, configure and optimise operating system (OS) software to meet business and client needs.

Learning Intention

The Intention of this unit is for Junior IT Support Rovers to explore the basic, fundamental components that make up an Operating System (OS), as well as the specific functions, types of OS's and their licensing requirements, installation methods and providing one-to-one instruction on the use of specific features.
