Reason For Learning

Training of Junior IT Support Rovers for skills in providing information and communications technology (ICT) advice and support to clients, including the communication of comprehensive technical information.

Learning Intention

The Intention of this unit is for Junior IT Support Rovers to explore and learn the techniques involved within Actively Listening and reviewing client (end user) support issues / requests, covering a range of software, hardware or network issues; as well as appropriately providing feedback or advice based on informed knowledge of the specific subject matter.
