Learning Intention The Intention of this unit is for Junior IT Support Rovers to explore what the concept of Sustainability is within a business or organisation, and how it is measured within a business using specific matrices in reference to a sustainability model. Targets can then be set for improvements within sustainability by implementing an Action Plan, setting performance improvement strategies. These strategies for improvements will then be monitored over a period of time.
