Experimental probability

Reason For Learning

Although experiments can be use to predict the probability of an event, the results will reveal that logic will provide a more accurate probability value.

Learning Intention

A number of simple experiments will be carried out using coins and dice. Students will collect the data and make logical predictions about the theoretical probability of certain events.
