Algebra: Letters represent numbers!

Reason For Learning

You will learn that we can do calculations with a number even when we do not know its value. How amazing is that!

Learning Intention

You will learn how to give an unknown number a name so that you can work it. The names for unknown numbers will only be one letter long. (Mathematicians are just a bit lazy! One letter names are long enough.)
