Reason For Learning

The determinants of health determine where an individual lies on the health continuum. The biological, behavioural and physical environments and social determinants of health all play a role in influencing health status. Understanding these factors allows us to assess where improvements in health can be made and why some individuals and population groups experience different levels of health.
